Leverage cash basis or double entry accounting to log your rental-related income and expenses.


Unlike most of our competitors in our field we have a REAL ACCOUNTING SYSTEM, not just income and expense tables!


We have a real GAAP general ledger accounting system that respects accrual accounting as well as cash accounting. However only the income and expense features are enabled at present. Cash flow as well as profit and loss is visible. The assets side of the accounting equation foundation is installed but not exposed to users. 


One exception is rental deposit accounting. We cover all the variables of the rental deposit.


Additionally we offer year end accounting supporting tax planning data. This includes, mortgage interest, property tax and depreciation.


Once we can expose more accounting features to those users who have no accounting background in a simplistic way, we will build this out.

We believe we have solved this problem. And with our implementation, you won't need to understand double entry accounting to use double entry accounting.


Note: There is a transaction ID as a tooltip on each row. This transaction id represents the full debit and credit posts of the transaction in the GAAP system, even though you only see one row. .
