When a tenant initiates a rent payment both the tenant and the landlord will receive an email with the details including dollar amount, date, and transaction ID. 


While in the Leaseze application facing the Dashboard, on the right vertical navigation is a link "Rent roll". Click on this link. 






This table of leases is active and your shows your monthly cash flow. 


There is a column for "status". Here you will see the date the renter initiated the current rent payment. You can judge whether it is late or on time.


This data refreshes on every page load. However it is common it may only change a few times a day.


If a landlord has not received this payment in a reasonable period of time on their bank account they can inquire about the delayed status of this payment by opening a support ticket at: support@myrentalmanagement.freshdesk.com


A support agent will look up this data in our payment status database and answer the inquiry with the payment status.
