The system stores information about vendors. As you add vendors, you create a Rolodex of contacts for emergencies or ongoing maintenance. Latter you can assign work orders to these vendors. If you have vendors you prefer working with add them. If not, use a website like yelp.com to gather names of handymen, plumbers, electricians, or locksmiths.
We suggest you do this until you have 10 or 12 names. This way you are ready if an emergency arises.
Vendors are added automatically to quick contacts.
Don't forget to add the mobile phone number. Most skilled trades work only this way.
