Properties entered into the system that have not been assigned a tenant are automatically a vacant property. Vacant properties will not be in the rent roll.

Under the vacancies tab all vacant properties are shown.

Each row of a vacant property is waiting for you to embelish the system data, click on the name.

Vacant properties are available for advertising and syndication to 30 popular websites.

Under the advertising tab the select will show all vacant properties.
