Once a tenant is assigned to a property it becomes a leased property. These properties are listed under the lease tab.
The lease will have a start date and a end date. When you move-in-tenant you choose these dates.
Alerts in the dashboard will inform you when the lease will expire.
If a tenant stays after the lease end, you MUST edit the end date of the lease. Otherwise the system will view this property as vacant.
