All your applicants/Leads are loaded into the system and can be found under the Leasing tab, sub tab Applicants, select property name.
There is a Screening tab that informs you of the three screening programs available to you.
- You select the name of the applicant/lead
- You select the type of screening program
And click on the button "Request APP/Screening"
A email invitation is sent to the applicant/Lead you selected. There is instructions how they proceed in the email body. They click on the links and follow the steps. When they are finished they will get a confirmation that their process has been complete.

Data coming in will be be found under the Leasing tab, sub tab Applicants, select property name.
Some data will be already loaded under the Applicants tab, property name. You check the checkbox on the right of the row, for that applicants name.
The data from the application is populated under the lower tab " Application". The screening process has begun and our system will notify you when it is completed by email. At that time you return to the screen above and review the data.
You can check back (applicant tab, property name) and see status of the process:
Note: The applicant/lead must take steps to invite you to their full credit report if you ordered that. That invitation will be in your email and if you do not see this, then that applicant did not invite you to see this data.
