First you select the move-in-tenant link on the right menu. During this process of filling out the form you must make this selection below.


  • Note: For security purposes a scanned image of the tenant drivers license is required. There is a upload utility in this move in tenant form. 


During the move-in-tenant process you invite the tenant to the tenant portal.

Once you've selected move-in-tenant and invited your tenant to make rent payments through leaseze (invitation to tenant portal), your tenant will need to take the following steps to get set up to pay rent:


There is a time limit to this process.

 

  1. Open their tenant email invitation, click on link.
  2. Register for the Tenant Portal.
  3. Complete the tenant portal registration process path
  4. Complete the bank validation process
  5. Verify the bank micro deposits (standard ACH process)



Note: There is a 30 day window of time to accomplish this. If tenant invitation is older than 30 days from date tenant attempts to finish bank validation, process must be repeated or there will be an error. In this case contact support@myrentalmanagement.freshdesk.com for a solution if process is blocked. Business rules are set for anti-scam precaution.
