The process is very straight forward.
However we block the feature "Invite Tenant to Tenant portal" until the Landlord identity is validated.
We protect against fake landlords using our system to extract deposit or rent monies from tenants illegally.
If during the Move in Tenant process you run into this, simply save your data with the save button. Then go to the my account section (right menu) and follow the process to validate the Landlord.
Once finished with this, you can return to the Move in Tenant process and invite the tenant to the Tenant portal.
