The Vacant soon link in the right navigation under the Leasing tab enables all properties that have a lease date ending within 30 days.
This feature includes these vacant soon properties in the promotion feature workflow. This enables these Vacant soon properties to use advertising and listing properties features, as well as screening an applicant processes.
Note: If you do not use this navigation link, these properties that have a lease ending soon are not enabled.
