The Landlord, the tenant and the vendor should have mobile phone numbers entered into the system or this feature does not work.

  • The Landlord enters the mobile phone number in the My Settings section
  • The Landlord enters the vendors mobile phone number in the add Vendor section
  • The Landlord enters the mobile phone number in the edit screen of Tenant (Tenant table - Tenant first name)

In all screens there is a requirement to select the mobile phone carrier. A guess at this data will render this feature inoperable. Therefore you must know the mobile carrier.
