Move out tenant


Under the properties tab is a sub tab all tenants. On each tenant row is a “move out” link. Once you have this detail proceed to the Property tab.


Follow these steps:


  1. Select the property, 
  2. See the tenant link,
  3. Click on tenant
  4. Click on edit.


In the tenant edit screen, you adjust the date of the lease to yesterday.  Then save. The lease is now ended and the property is again vacant.
