In the applicants tab under the leasing tab is a link on the right menu, " Add applicant".
You as the landlord can fill out this form for the person if you like.
Additionally you can receive applicants by phone and enter them into the system.
Click on the add applicant link.
Note: Husband and wife must be separate applicants, and create applicant manually for each. The Leaseze software requires all tenants over 18 years of age be independent applicants.
