Currently Misc. / Irregular Payments is not a feature of this product due to Landlord Tenant laws in different states. When there is a court dispute any payment less than the full rent due can cause a Landlord legal issues. Furthermore not every charge a Landlord levies upon a tenant will be court approved.
We plan to introduce this feature in the future once we review the legal aspects of this process within the system.
