During move-in-tenant you can "add tenant" by clicking the button "Add tenant"
- However if you forget and need to come back later to add a new tenant to the property, a leased property will not be available anymore by using "move-in-tenant". Only vacant properties.
Steps to add tenants to a leased property after the fact:
(1) Select properties, click on the link of the property name.
There will be edit property, and a row with tenant assigned to that property
(2) Click on the tenants name.
Now the full form will be available
(3) See the "add tenant " button, click on the button
(4) Fill out the tenant data
(5) Save the changes by clicking "save button"
