The Schedule E report is easy to generate. You can add depreciation amount and generate the report for your accountant. To access the Income & Expense report, simply go into the Financials area and select the "Reports" sub-menu (far right). Under Financial Reports, click on the Schedule E Report. You also have the option to Export the report by clicking "Export (PDF)" under the Actions menu to the right.
All properties will be entered into the Schedule E, as the IRS instructions requires.
Note:
- Landlords must be using the system for past one years tax season time frame.
- Properties must be entered into the system past one years tax season time frame.
Previous to this time frame requirement, features are disabled due to data inaccuracy. The action menu item will appear when this time frame requirement is met.
