Find the property name in the property journal. Click on the property name.

For accrual account the radio button is "Revenue Recognized". The post will be to rental income and accounts receivable.
Try this with a rental amount!
Then click "Save" and see the resulting post.
Note: Notice how there is no effect to the bank? And recognized revenue is not visible to the user for revenues. As this is a rent receivable, not a payment.
