If the payment set up is not finished rent payments cannot be processed.


Under the main tab Properties will be a sub tab All Tenants. This table of tenant details has a column for payments. This status is the payment set up status of the tenant. If the tenant has failed to set up payment you will see this notification here as "Not set up yet". Also you will see the "Ready to pay" status when the tenant has successfully set up the rent payment in the system.
